About the course
Do you ever feel like there’s no time for yourself? Do you find that you can feel guilty if you do take time out of family or work life to rest and recharge?
We all want to make a valuable contribution to our family and our society but can feel a bit overwhelmed by the responsibilities of life. Buddhism teaches us that in order to be able to live a healthy, productive life and to truly help those around us, we need to begin by taking good care of our mind. We can learn to develop healthier and happier thought processes in daily life which is actually the kindest thing we can do for ourselves and others.
On this course, we will explore Buddhist advice on how we can develop a healthy attitude towards what it means to be kind to ourselves and others
The day will include guided meditations, teachings, discussion, and time for Q&A
