Description
Treat yourself to a real break, both physically and mentally, and return home feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Spend a weekend developing your inner peace and a happy mind.
On this weekend we will be gently exploring beautiful wisdom that will heal and tranform your mind.
Though it was composed centuries ago, the famous Buddhist scripture Advice from Atisha’s Heart is full of immensely practical advice to help us deal with the challenges of modern living and transform our life into an authentic path of inner development.
On this retreat Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Leksang will introduce powerful meditations based on this text that we can use to solve the problems of daily life and truly improve the quality and direction of our life.
This relaxing weekend is an informal balance of meditations, practical teachings and time to rest and relax. It is an opportunity for those new to meditation to learn how to find inner peace and cope with our busy everyday lives. And a chance for those with more experience to deepen their experience of meditation and Buddha’s teachings.
Everybody is welcome.
