About the Course

Tired of a busy mind? Would you like to learn to meditate? Would you like to improve your meditation practice? 

Meditation functions to make our mind peaceful and when the mind is peaceful, we feel free from mental discomfort and feel happy. We can see from this how beneficial meditation is. 

On this course, we will explore Buddha’s clear teachings on how to meditate, how to improve your meditation, and how to sustain a meditation practice. 

The day will include guided meditations, teachings, discussion and time for Q&A 

 Learn how to: 

  • Get started with meditation 
  • Calm the mind 
  • Develop and sustain a daily meditation practice that will support you with your life
