About the course
Do you experience worry, anger, cravings, and other painful mental habits? Sometimes our mind feels like a wild elephant. It feels as if we are its servant and we have no choice but to follow our cravings and impulses, even if they aren’t helpful.
Buddha teaches very clearly how we can gain control over our mind and gradually replace unhelpful mental habits with positive ones. By following these instructions we can develop mental freedom.
On this course we will explore Buddhist advice on how we can train our own mind and so that we can live a happier and more balanced life.
The day will include guided meditations, teachings, discussion and time for Q&A
Discover how you can:
- Distinguish between thoughts that harm and thoughts that heal
- Learn how to say no to negative thinking
- How to replace unhelpful mental habits with positive ones through meditation
The format
In-person and available online as a live stream to members.
